Problem Description:

Customer doesn’t see his corporate credit card account in internet banking. There is nothing I can do with that except creating incident ticket. Please, resolve this case and inform me if it’s possible. Thank you in advance

VT37078225 is being raised.

CM received an alert on 25th May saying that “There was a charge of XXX on your XXXXX MasterCard by XXXX”. Customer is not comfortable with the word “charge” as it was just an ordinary payment from her credit card (a credit card txn). Please investigate as to why the word “charged” was used. Thanks.
